just collecting some tasks:
movable version is 99% cool, still needs:
extract of changing parameters to one seperate file
go thru locale again to make sure all relevant links are dynamicly changing due to theese root settings
remaster the whole FAQ-section to fit this concept
move the last style info from the theme.php into the styles .css (last necessary step before starting on diffrent resolution redesigns...)
add links to footer/header leading to other language skins
maybe extracting the top 5 keywords from the locale and entering them into the central setup file - that way, changing theese will be easy from central file...
add google +1 gadget
setup diffrent ad-channels for diffrent language pages...
order merch & promo stuff... stickers / cards?

makin good progress theese days, nothings better than a clear concept of tasks!
