Biography
Im Lou, guitarist & vocalist...20+ years of on & off musical experience. I play a downtuned, bluesy southern swamp sludge. My main influences are, but not limited to, Black Sabbath, Corrosion of Conformity, Crowbar, Acid Bath, Down, Kingdom of Sorrow, & so on...but I listen to a variety of rock, metal, blues, alternative, punk...whatever gets me going.
Instruments
My main guitar is a Fender Tele Baritone, currently stock...but I'm ordering new pickups & all this week to upgrade it. Also play a Charvel DS-1 loaded with SD BlackOuts, & a Schecter S1 Elite with SD EMTY BlackOuts. I play thru a Fender Super Champ, small..but those 6v6 tubes make her growl...& since I don't play shows anymore...I really dont need anything bigger. But still, its loud enough to jam with if I want, & I can always mic it. Gear I want...? I'd love an Orange Thunderverb 50 half stack...but...I like being married...so thats not going to happen...lol.
