Biography
My name is Maciej.
I sing and play the guitar, sometimes I am also brave enough to write a song. I learned classical guitar, then I played in few bands at University and in the company where I worked. Now my sole activity is wikiloops and occasional busking (and basking :) with friends somwhere outside.
Inspirations: The Beatles, rock canon of the 70'ies with emphasis on Deep Purple and prog rock (Yes, Genesis), fusion (Miles, John McLaughlin & Mahavishnu Orchestra), Coltrane. From contemporary guitar players I would mention Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Mike Stern, Wolfganfg Muthspiel, Jonathan Kreisberg and Kurt Rosenwinkel. On blues side Joe B. and "Kingfish" Ingram. What about Dream Theatre, Vai and Satriani? Stop!
