Biography
I started playing bass as a fluke. Two of my friends play drums and guitar, they needed someone to play pass for a talent show. I took guitar lessons and figured,"with only 4 strings how hard can it be"! We learned 3 songs and I was hooked. Before you knew it we were a 6 piece band, named OUT BY 9. (we practiced at one of the guitarists house and his wife said fine but I want you "out by 9" and it stuck. We played our first paying gig in 3 years time. I'm working on my craft as a bass player. I do have a mangled pinky on my plucking hand, (many basketball injuries) so at times its hard to play a fast scale. Any way, I love to thump! Thanks to all of you for laying down these awesome tracks!

I have a Cort GB34 and a Fender Jazz Bass.

I use audacity, and the guitarist i jam with uses Sonic Forge
