Gentle Touch
Enjoyed another dynamic drumtrack of Mika this evening!
Started with a Rhodes sound for some foundation. Than a synth theme kinda thingie.. (hope it is not to much present)
Than on the second part a Hammond to give it some more powah....
And i tried to give the breakpart some extra push with a brass section.
Think the track could be cool for some adds, a bass, guitar, real brass and vocals maybe....
cheers and have a good week all,
Marc

It seems I will have to take the bass again :)
(I've saved my tones build !)
Me gusta this electro Jazz period Marc, remember me Meshell Ndegeocello, Erika Badu, Incognito...
New musical adventures for me, thanks a lot.
Hearing you here with these new "sounds" is so cool +2

What a nice cool sound in the intro! Your theme builds to creative variations so effortlessly! Very creative, Marc!

Thanks and glad you like it! Was a bit worried that the synth thingie in the beginning was to strong and would give less room for different direction! :)

Good flowing piece that works with the percussive sounds. Section starting @ 2:10 good change up.

Some surfing on the drumgroove! Glad you like it Wade! That 2:10 change is experimental, gotta learn the new keyboard a bit better to make it sound more naturally! But real brass are always much better offcourse!!! :)
