Actually it does not mean anything.
The lyrics are in the tradition of hitparade music in the style of Boney M. or Silver Convention or a thousand others, somehow a shallow story that matches the music with a hookline that can sing along ... so roughly.
To this music fits my opinion no "heavy" text, which would be about as if you would serve to mousse au chocolat potato salad with bacon ;o)
(Though, some like that)
