An experiment speeding up 121187. Makes it shorter, but a bit more lively. Quality probably suffers, but I can't tell on my primitive rig. Your opinion?

Stef
Well, experimenting is always nice and important but I prefer surely the previous remix. This is unnatural for me and then it was just that "slow mode" that enriched your superb game with the sax. +2

Wade Thanks Stef. Always good getting honest feedback, and I'm not very attached to either one. Just some experimental things to try out. +0

Interesting. I immediately liked the faster pace but felt like it didn't quite 'sit' as well as the original on first listen. But going back and listening to the original I think this is better. Might have just taken it down just a few bpm from here but this is closer to the right tempo IMHO. +1

Wade Yea, I hear you. Just wondered what it would sound like 20% faster (with tuning adjusted back down). +0

You do not usually hear it on rock tracks, does the sax seem a bit distant, or does it have some effect? Wade rocker !! :W +1

Wade Using a guitarist's box with 1/5th up and expression pedal to bring the effect in and out. Sopranino is already pretty high, so it's not as much like a tone as an effect. +1

Wade Possible, but difficult to improvise at that speed. Not much of a problem if a practiced routine. +1
