I guess this is a "native American Flute"? Really like the way you're playing this outside that "tradition", which isn't a real tradition at all, but more like a hippy/New Age sort of thing. This is creative and uses far more of the instrument's (limited) potential. +2

Wade I just hope you continue to use it as an instrument and not fall into that abyss of pseudo "Native American" flute playing. It's just too one dimensional and a sham. The real "native" playing of these instruments is nothing like what people are playing. Kind of like thinking native Hawaiians played steel guitar... +1

Start and stop, right? That's easy... if you do not have to drop your instrument while doing it.
Get to know the keyboard shortcuts and control the player without ever dropping your plectrum again.
Makes practice and jamming a cinch.
