thank's to Dafunkydrummer, Kennyadry,Aleonz and Marcelo for this very nice tune.
I'm sometime out tune with my fretless sorry.

Hey c-bass, just landed here following your forum post.
I am listening on laptop speakers right now (worst scenario, ever), and the bass level seems to be just right (awesome bass solo starting around 1:25 btw).
I can check on good speakers, too, but I'd think Relativities advice in the forum is probably correct:
If this sounds too bass-boosted on your end, then that is probably your speakers/headphones adding bass.
It doesn't really matter what you use to monitor and mix, what matters is to know its characteristic - maybe you will end up knowing "yes, it sounds a little too fat on my end, but it always does, and then it sounds just right in the car / on the hifi / laptop."
In my case, I have to be aware my monitors will have less bass than a car system, so I can be sure it would blow your windows out if it already sounded fat on my monitors - I try to keep that in mind when mixing :)
awesome tune here, love the solo parts and the way they are handed over from one to the other... +3

Hello thanks for your advises, I will check that at home .
And yes, You'are righ,I don't use speakers, just headphones.
When I listen directly with the software, and if the mix sounds ok ---> OK Export mp3 and this one doesn't sound exactly the same..... and when I upload it here, the final result is sometime quite different too :)
I think that my software " sequel" is the key. I've less difference with audacity for example. Thanks again Dick !!! :) and thanks to you for wikiloops ^^ and yes it's a very nice tune, beautiful vocals, great guitar solo etc +1
