There were speed differences in the recording yes so I had to pick one speed or the other. I honestly can’t hear the unnatural. It felt less natural with the Hammond at the slightly slower tempo.

Yea the vocal and guitar are a bit faster and sounds like the pitch is also shifted up, yet the musical side is still sounding reasonable.
