Wade, I had not had the opportunity to hear this fantastic version of this great blues track before. It is so interesting to analize your interpretation so elegant and fascinating, all played on expressivity and soft phrasing. There is so much to learn from this listening. I am fascinated.

Wow Stef, you've really dug way back in the archives to have found this one. Glad it has some interest for you. My motto has always been if I can't do it well I can always do it differently! It's a lazy feel from me with rhythmic and harmonic freedom that I've always associated with the blues. For me the blues is more about expressing yourself than notes.

Who's been digging in the archives? A good idea looking through Rickplayer's stuff as he laid down lots of Blues tracks with all sorts of "feels".
