This one just screamed "being miserable in Paris" so I developed a sketch about losing a lifelong friend or lover and leaning on the shoulder that is Paris. I went for a sixties schmaltz in the vocal. Fantastic jam from they guys here, I hadn't realised how the bandoneon is such an expressive instrument. And Ali's vibes are magnificent. Beautifully played. Quintessential and timeless.
