Marceys I see you are using a Focusrite interface, which one?
I have the 18i8 and want to expand it with a octopre or ada8200 for 8 extra inputs....(for recording drums also) +1

WhiteDrum55 I recently upgraded my 18i8 to a Clarett Pre8 USB. The Clarett has a slightly better top end. A little more clarity and sparkle. I kept the Scarlet Octopre and use it for the toms. This setup is perfect for the mic setup I have. Cheers Marc B) +1

WhiteDrum55 Read that you are planning to record your band. FYI: The Clarett handles vocals a lot better than the Scarlet series. It includes the "Air" high-end boost which works great with the higher-end vocal mics. +1
