As others have said you're in good voice. I'm trying to reconcile this in today's environment. Could be simply the right words for the music and that's all? Could be a wish for the summer to come? Could be a poignant juxtaposition? The music is also ambiguous; could be a celebration or the heaviness of it something more sinister?

Thank you so much Wade, I think it's a little bit of everything. The idea for the text is older and I wrote the first part around Christmas time, just because I longed for summer. The draft was now on my hard drive for a while and a week ago when we started here with exit restrictions and distance, it came back to me and I finished writing it. In principle I want to celebrate my longing for normality, for together with the song, for times when not a stupid virus definitely expresses the rhythm of our life. The times will come again and I hope we can experience them all together & healthy together. AKchen and I have already decided that if the wiki festival takes place this year we will definitely come by one day to say hello to you all. I wish you a lot of health during this time and please give Gerhard a kind greeting from me ;o)

Thank you for clarifying your thoughts. Yes, some sort of normality would be nice. We are all told to stay in our houses, so I'm not able to see Gerhard, but will call him soon and relay your greetings. I'm fine, and sincerely hope we will meet up this year in Germany again. Be well and take care.

Ganz lieben Dank Pewi ;o) Das Template von Stella und Vince hat mich sofort geplättet als ich es zum ersten mal hörte, ist schon eine geraume Zeit her. Der Text, na ja, ist ja eigentlich nichts weltbewegendes, im Prinzip ja nur eine Einladung zu einer Party ;o) Ich stelle mir das so vor das ich von einer Party aus, die schon im vollen Gange ist einen Kumpel anrufe der noch fehlt und ihn versuche zu überreden doch noch zu kommen und mit uns zu feiern ... Das ganze hat sich jetzt mit Corona, Ausgangssperren, Abstand halten etc. überschnitten und gewinnt dadurch nochmal eine neue Facette. Wie schön wäre es jetzt eine riesen Party zu feiern mit allen die einem etwas bedeuten ... Auf jeden Fall freut es mich sehr zu wissen das dir der Song gefällt ;o)
