Long time no jam on WL. Had fun laying down some groove on this nice blues jam. Cheers mates
MikeyJ
Welcome back ! Along with Michael on the drums a great solid foundation and what was needed to iron out some of my slight timing issues in the middle and our crazy ending :o :W +1
FFMBasser
FFMBasser Thx, the suprise ending at the IV chord is a bit strange;) +1

Solid, and a great tone! This inspires me to play more blues. :-) +1
FFMBasser
FFMBasser Thin Pick and Tomastik Infeld Flatwounds. They have a special sound like no other strings, even other flats.

Glad you like it. I like my blues driving.

JoeOnBass Really inspiring and solid blues bass. I haven't done much with flatwornds, just got used to slinkys over the years and stayed with what i know, but i change them out a lot to keep them crisp. it gets expensive. +1
FFMBasser
FFMBasser I don`t play flats anymore. Just experimented a bit with them. I love the dunlop steels. +1
