added lyrics/vocals to Nick's acoustic guitar track... thanks Nick, hope my mix isn't too loud! This is probably best listened on some headphones. I think my EQ needs work on the top end but I'm still learning.... 😬

I know it would be good to upload the stems but right now my hardware is not doing me any favors. There is so much bleed from my headphones into my mic that I can't get a clean track and I'm not sure how to fix it... 😬 +1

PJE Always difficult but you need good closed back Headphones…sounds obvious but try reduce volumes Turn Down And EQ Headphone Monitoring Levels or maybe use high-pass filtering the headphone send to have less bottom-end in the headphone's sound. Usually, this will not overly affect singing performance, but it may noticeably reduce the headphone bleed in the mic signal…. headphones like Beyerdynamic DT-100 could help or even use earbuds with can-style hearing protectors as you would use in a loud workshop., hopeful you can work it out Michelle:) +1

stgeorges Thanks so much for the advice Peter! Right now my hardware is a tiny iRig interface, it's like processing through a tuna can 😂 but, next week I am moving to a bigger place and will have a dedicated space to set up recording gear so hopefully I can improve my set up soon! +0
