well this did not go according to plan!
i had ideas of a big grungy lead laid over the top....but when i came to do it i couldnt bring myself to get dirty over this lovely spacious soundscape. ...so i ended up delaying the drums at the start to kinda "heartbeat" then reverbing the whole mix a bit into a huge hall then laying two quiet and delicate guitars over that.... anyhow, for good or ill... here it is,

So good when head and heart come together and override our tendencies to trash and thrash. I like it Kimbo!

Cool stuff Kim! Not getting dirty, eh? Just ignore your inhibitions, put on that effect pedal and drop that dirty solo :W ;) I think the second part could have done with a good old searing solo, because the track as it is is quite long and sort of uniform, so after the quiet section at 3:11 it would have been the ideal time to change things up. Just my humble opinion. Good to see that you are busy on the Loops again, makes me happy mate <3

I like your approach here. You added more texture ... and caught the vibe perfectly. Yours was a measured, tasteful and musically intelligent approach in my view. I often think its like using FX pedals - does it add or subtract from your sound? Less is usually more ;) Great job - well done.

Fantastic! The clean solo after the break at 3:15 is just so perfect. I was like, "yes!!!" <3
