Ivanovitch It's pouring down in the Scottish Borders this afternoon... But a trickle compared to what folk have suffered in California +0
That's not only clever, it's gorgeous. So good to be hearing from you again. +2

Very nice Ivan I really like the harmonic palate at the beginning. The reverb works really well too❤️ +2

Ivanovitch Thanks very much

I explore the reverb options until I find something I like. It's always a different choice for a diferent number, though. I don't know if, with your polish and experience you can simply dial up what you know will work?

Alex Nyman Thanks🙏 I always try to find the right verb etc so that the horn sits in the track well. Some as you know have heaps of reverb so consequently I use more. I find having a decent compressor setting means the horn is more present in the mix and I use 2 reverb plug-ins that work well together. I will add a couple of other dynamic plug-ins like a tube amp or micro pitch to add a timbre quality that suits the style of the track but it sounds like you’re getting the right qualities here so carry on is all I can add😎😊 +1

Ivanovitch Very informative, thank you

I play around with reverb styles and I sometimes add other effects that have compression and delay within their workings, but I think I would learn a lot by exploring stand alone compression and other more individual effects compression
what a cool intro!!! Nice to hear you here again:) +2

Ivanovitch Thank you, Titus +0

Can you play the track player?

Start and stop, right? That's easy... if you do not have to drop your instrument while doing it.
Get to know the keyboard shortcuts and control the player without ever dropping your plectrum again.
Makes practice and jamming a cinch.
