I congratulate you. Very clean technique and your bass has a very distinctive sound. Your remix sounds great to me, Welcome to WL.:)πŸ‘πŸ‘ +1
ShaunDigital
ShaunDigital Thanks so much.I just stumbled across this place by "accident". Very cool concept, I hope to lay down many more tracks. +2
M4fp
M4fp OK. For future uploads, you may want to select the correct model number, because each artist can receive an email notification regarding your addition. In this case the right one was #276729. This way, Alex Nyman (on sax) could get the message and listen to your work. I made the same mistake years ago, so don't worry, it's quite normal at first.:):) +1

ShaunDigital I saw the track ID when i downloaded and recorded and i added the track as a reply, how to you do it with the ID number like you are talking about?
It also shows in the chain of remixes under the original post, under that ID number.

M4fp
M4fp Exactly, in the remix chain, there are various uploads by various artists. once you have chosen the one you want to work on, go to upload and type the number of the song you read. If you want to upload your remix to that issue, this is the procedure, to allow all the other artists to appreciate your work and express their opinion. +0
ShaunDigital
ShaunDigital So since this seems to be in the correct chain, would Alex have been notified as you mentioned? +0
M4fp
M4fp I don't think so :| +0
M4fp
M4fp 276729 is the right one. When possible upload over this one. +0
ShaunDigital
ShaunDigital so thats where you lost me. I replied to the OP as a remix but i don't remember seeing a place to input the ID when i was uploading , but i will look for that next time. I assumed the reply would trigger any notifications for the chain. I guess it does not work that way. +0
ShaunDigital
ShaunDigital I got it, i see where i left it blank now. I did not know what to put there when uploading, I again assumed it would go to the right place on its own. Thank you for the help i think i understand it now. +1

M4fp If necessary, you can send a private message to Alex, who will be happy about it. Find his profile and write in the message icon.

ShaunDigital just did that. +1
Alex Nyman
Alex Nyman Hey Shaun. I love your sound man😎 your lines are really excellent with just the right amount of movement and harmonic reference to support but keeping the line interesting enough to show you’ve got technique in droves but not showy for the sake of it. I’m super impressed β€οΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ™ +1

ShaunDigital Thanks Alex, glad to get such a warm welcome to this unique community. I really did find it by accident. I was looking for loops to use in my DAW and this site came up. Google knew...and i am looking forward to making a lot more music here. +2

Total groove! Glad to hear your works on the loops!! Cheers. ~ Joe +1
ShaunDigital
ShaunDigital Thanks. Looks like you play a sterling also! Cool! What year? +1
JoeOnBass
JoeOnBass The sterling is very early 2000's with a secondary single coil on it, makes it great for recording. I also record with a Warrior sometimes, usually the jazzy stuff, it's warm. The MusicMan is made for recording though, solid basses with amazing tone. I love the sound you're getting here. +0
Shi
Groovy track guys and welcome to the Loops from me ShaunDigital, liking the bass from you :) you can re-upload your bass line to the correct tree by going to track #276729 and then all three of you will be in the tracklist. Thanks :) +0
