Bells at 4am

The first 4 notes of this piece sounded like bells in the distance, so it seemed to me that it was 4 am in my headphones^^.
A story germinated in my mind: a woman wakes up at 4 am with terrible pain in her abdomen, her child is on the way. She wakes up her husband who gallops off into the misty moor to go and get a doctor.
