First let me say "I am not a bass player". Beautiful instrument in the right hands. Bass in use is an old Epiphone I bought in a pawn shop in 1984. Still has the same strings on it. No lie. (Gotcha there Tof!) Really love Cody's template. Grew up listening to that style as a kid and still do.

Great bass playing Frankie! I don't know if it's my headphone but the bass sounds low on the mix. But the playing totally supports cody's sensitive acoustic sound! +1

FrankieJ Thank you kenny.
I am really glad you mentioned that because I have had
a very difficult time getting what I feel is a good mix on the bass track.
Thought it was just me.
It would be cool if someone did a remix on it.

I did not know you bass player Frankie.
Your musical identity truly reflects the united states.
Beyond the Frenchie who idealize your culture, when playing the blues is the blues, the Country is the country ... Your culture has sticks to your skin :)
Bass on this track is another example.
The way you walk with Cody brings to light about my past! GREAT!

FrankieJ Thank you so much titi.
I do share a connection to your wonderful homeland. My ancestor lived in little town of Frauenberg in the Moselle/Lorraine department. I hope to someday visit there.
