Shoulder feeling a tiny bit better than yesterday. Most importantly, a combination of strong Ibuprofen and one of those microwaveable hot pads sat on my shoulder for ten or so minutes freed me up enough to have a stab at a couple of things. I'm not going to let things like a crap shoulder get in my way! If I can help it, that is. Still need to see a physiotherapist and get this sorted out. Anyway, decided to head straight ...
