Apologies to Rob and Wade if this isn't quite what they had in mind - it certainly won't be to everybody's taste. I do love the soundscape they made though and wanted to join in with something a bit different. I went to some trouble to try and mix this in a way that I didn't trample on the sax or lead guitar parts. The effect is the same as #99727 but I've boosted the bass to ...

Always appreciative of counter rhythms and adding complexity. I especially like those super low tones and the almost animal feel heard at 0:57, 1:12, 1:24, etc. Gives weight and presence. Very happy to be part of any experiments you'd like to undertake.

Yes those are my favourite parts too (though I think all the more effective for being relatively sparse). Sometimes it's frustrating not to be able to get the same kind of clarity of tone in the high registers that you lead players can manage but those low growls are something that make be glad to be a bassist! :)

So pleased you like it Rob - this really is one of my favourite things I've done so far on the loops - just love the overall sound - a great collection of ambient melodic fragments and rhythm from all 3 instruments. :)
