Showing all tracks on one page, but no showcase stars

Dick, I would be super happy if there was a way to show tracks based on a monthly basis. If I could select show all tracks from a dropdown letting me choose the year and the month, that would be AMAZING 
Perhaps limiting to a month would be acceptable drain on the database?
