[fixed] Can't sign in with Ipod

Here's my new Bug Post, Dick. Software is iOS 6.1.6, 4th generation touch.
The 3 horizontal lines are white, not yellow, and when I click on them, I am taken to the page shown below.
I can't scroll past the "How to:"
I've got 2 ipods, and the situation is the same for both.
Any help appreciated, and no hurry - not a biggie
