The Wikiloops Emoji Creation Thread

So a while ago Dick challenged me to create a new emoji for wikiloops. I had never done such a thing and when I had some time I went and did it. It is actually quite fun, and not easy at first as you got to fight working with a very small size and some other problems.
However once I figured out the basics it was quite ok and I did a few changes without too many problems.
So, then we thought it might be a cool idea for other creative users to have a try. And if we manage to get a good one Dick might use it in the forum.
So what are the rules:
1) You got to use the same colours as the existing ones, that's why I have attached a larger png file for you to use as a template.
2) the finished animated gif has to have a size of 20 pixels on hight, and 20 - 60 p in width
We would love to see some more instruments, let's have some fun.
I am happy to show anybody who is interested how to do it, and if you got photoshop that is even better as that is what I am using.
So let's go for it

Hey Navota,
please see the help article on how to embed images in the wiki forum, here: https://www.wikiloops.com/help.php?id=57#embed
Images need to be hosted on servers allowing secured connections (SSL, starting with https:// ) to be able to embed them -
the other option is to use the "reply" button at the bottom of the thread, which will take you to a seperate "enter reply" page, allowing image attachments.
Looking foreward to your images very much & thx to MrTeeGee for giving this a lead!

Nice one Navota!
very cool :W thanks for contributing :)
I like especially the hands and fingers and notes on the flute, they are clearly visible despite being so small! Very cool - what program did you use to create the gif?
One thing I would maybe look at, if you allow me to offer my opinion:
I am not sure if the above or side views of the head are so easy to recognise. I would try to have the smilie looking forward, and have the flute sideways, like a side flute - and then you could show the feathers and face painting better.
I am not sure, but maybe worth a try?

Yes maybe it is an option Did not think about it becauce I don't play my flute that why ;)
Used Photoshop. It took some time I am not so good at drawing but I made a lot of gifs for my ecard site. I made a little creature named spijkie in image ready. That was a program from adobe. I post one

Well, great stuff! I had another think about it, maybe you start with the face looking at us, then it turns sideways and plays the flute? That way it is obvious what is happening. Just an idea.
Good job with the photoshop, you really got the hang of it :W
