Hi all,

Since i moved to another house i'm trying to setup my wifi home network.

Now I have a strange problem with my pc not finding my wireless router.
I reinstalled the router and wifi network, and now I can log in on it with my xbox360 and Iphone.
But when I try to login with my PC (I have a USB stick which functions as WIFI antenna) it can't seem to find my network.
Every WIFI network in the neighborhoud shows up when i open the "search wireless network" window on the pc but my own just doesn't seem to show up.

Like I said my Iphone has no problem with finding the network (even when i hold it next to the USB antenna).

Anyone has any clue about how to solve this?

hard to say mate, could be one or more of a number of things. Try using a cable to connect first and do an ipconfig/renew with the cable plugged in if it still doesn't connect. If it works hardwired, check the router is broadcasting it's SSID and it allows communication over 802.11B,G and N if you use different spec adapters...

I already configured the router using a cable from pc to router.
What exactly is SSID, and how do i check if it's broadcasting? :)

it'll be an option in the router config pages somewhere, probably with the security settings....
