I don't really hear anything above 800Hz but I've heard about this instrument that can fill that space.... :-P
Joking aside, there are many very fine guitarists here who I enjoy listening to more that most 'professional' musicians. But to restrict myself to just one non-wikilooper I would probably choose....

Late 70's my band played the same local band circuit as Adrians band.
Some how my band managed to snatch his drummer "Mike Hodges". Great drummer.
Soon after Mike joined back up with Adrian and went on to play with Zappa and Bowie.
Thank you Rob. I am being very sincere in saying you and those in your list have inspired me mutually as well. Your acoustic is a huge influence on me even if I dont always comment. Thank you very much, Rob.
