jams won't play

The jams won't play when I try to play a jam when pushing on the button sometimes the the song won't play I get it more often these days. I tried fire fox, explorer and google browser. I have to restart my computer. I use windows 10. Sometimes at the bottum of my screem I see a popup with the text "javascript" I updated java but that didn't work. Has any one else this problem ?
