you can edit the text, but when pressing "shout" nothing happens

Can confirm this here. The result of pressing "Shout" again after doing some change is that the newly edited text just turns grey in the shoutbox, while underneath it nothing happens. And it stays that way until the page is reloaded.

I had to enlarge my browser window from formerly 1024x768 to 1200x900 - have a separate "screen estate" entry here about it...
