Ticket - Wave file is cut short upon download

This was addressed earlier -- but it seems
Tracks are still being cut short again -

in the file pool the track is 4:21 and plays the whole time

and once it downloads it is only 4:06 minutes long

still doing the truncated downloads -- from old files as well
