Notices (red numbers) doesn't work?

Hello, i have a problem: from today i don't receive any nocices (i mean the little red numbers) and i know for sure that i could have at least 4 from the last hours

Is it something you can fix or is it my PC problem?

I checked my peronal account settings and all is ok, it should work...
