here's a video about this topic which explains it pretty good, and with examples one can easily follow. The intro is a bit long with almost 4 minutes, but then it gets to the important stuff:

I always export with a target of -16 LUFS and -1 dBTP, pretty much like Apple would recommend:

And if the music is very dynamic (which translates to "interesting" in my humble opinion), the LUFS output may even be lower if I don't "fight" that, like in my latest remix in #182443 :
