[fixed] Band bugs

Created new band okay. Added image ok, description and size ok.
Bugs:
Add user dropdown broken .. seems to save band instead of adding user to dropdown list
but doesn't do that (save page ) either.
..
Drop files into filepool created duplicates of files. Delete files in the band filepool doesn't work (nothing happens).
..
Upload template track to band area created okay, but was saved to the general area backing tracks. (deleted).

Try this again down the road. Update.
