I have to state.. here in the States these are very legal.
You can simply buy one .

They are used to burn brush , branches and leaves and also used for wasp and hornet control.

I must also state for the record I am 6 feet (2 meters 2 centimeters) 2 inches tall. This video makes me look like a 4 foot midget.

It was very controlled. I had three extinguishers pointed at me just in case. There was a lake I was supposed to jump in as well, just behind me thru the trees. We had a safety backup plan even if i tripped getting there.

My neighbor is a police officer and he was present in case someone called about the “weirdos setting things on fire by the lake”

Where this was filmed was on a section in an our local community where everyone knows each other and these are used so it didn’t really get any attention .If anyone was concerned , they would have simply walked up and asked what we were doing rather then call police or fire. My neighbors also have senses of humor so they just react like “oh it’s those jokers again…”

I get asked a lot to see it so the video is a way to show people who are surprised I own one what they do. Occasionally it just comes up in conversation "So, I was using the flamethrower yesterday..."
