Steve Tibbetts, a very interesting world musician. Part time ethnographer, he travels on grants, and studies cultures outside the US. Returns to Minnesota, does other stuff, then records and plays with local Milwaukee musos. He puts out records on the ECM label and tours some.

I started this forum post Nov 2023.Now inspired by Shamika decided to give you some info for famous Bulgarian rock bands. Some of songs will be in Bulgarian language some in English. Let start with Shturcite( "The Crickets").They were one of the most successful bands in Bulgaria during the 1970s and 1980s and still have many fans. The band broke up once in 1990, reformed in 1997,[1] and disbanded again in 2013. The group has been characterized as "Bulgaria's answer to The Beatles".[2]The group was created in 1967 in Sofia by Kiril Marichkov, Petar Tsankov (both from Bandaratsite group), Petar Gyuzelev, and Veselin Kisyov (both from Slanchevi Bratya group). Their first performance was at a students party in VITIZ (The Bulgarian School for Performing Arts), and in 1967>Some are not any more in this world but group still celebrating their anniversaries.Song which i choose is Rock in 20 century.
