the 'Loopers (a quick AI story)

*note - just a quick sci-fi story :)

The year is 7AAI (After Artificial Intelligence). We entered a new “time” once AI figured out how to separate itself from human input and exist on its own. It has gradually taken over and we are facing total control.

Humans have always been the main threat to AI. Since it’s “break” from humans, AI has been developing mind-control through “music”: specially crafted sounds and frequencies with additional embedded “code” or “instructions”. Early mind takeover had human subjects erecting sound towers to control vast populations and spread control throughout.

Some began destroying their eardrums, only to be captured and taken away. However, those with a certain level of musical ability appear to be “immune” to the mind control music, and are highly targeted and hunted. These rogue humans are now the biggest threat to AI and have started to gather.

An underground group, simply known as the ‘Loopers have secretly emerged. Unbeknownst to AI, the ‘Loopers have figured out a way to protect areas or zones via low-end frequencies, powered by drummers and bassists, and tweaked to specific patterns. A scrappy bunch, with code names like Wade, Ernie440, DirkL, Face, zedders, MySounds, TeeGee, and others...all with specific talents, fight, and a singular goal to destroy the AI takeover and restore humankind.

As word gets out about these unsung heroes, an aggressive campaign is launched by AI to eliminate the ‘Loopers at all costs...

Mario's 2 cycle basses actually have a pull cord (chord?) to start them and he only uses a mixture of premium gas and 2 cycle engine oil in his fine instruments. That's why you get a hum on a lot of his tracks :O j/k :D I have no idea what I'm talking about.

The underground front is open. A silent war where sound and music are at the same time a battlefield and a tool of war.
The Loopers have discovered a way to deactivate the stereotyped codified perfection of the AI most influential in the feelings of the population.
The changes made by Loopers are reported in the media in only some countries, those populations are not as hooked nor are they as submissive.
The I'AM musical AI that won the internal battle against the general AI detected anomalies in the music waves of Cyprus and India and located the sabotage
