Hey guys I have a 1998 Ibanez SR400FL in need of a part that is very hard to find and I was just wondering if is OK to post such a request here. I would be looking for USA only, but there should be a few guys here and who knows, maybe someone has what I need just lying around in a box in the closet...

Thanks Tee...

As I said above, I have a 1998 Ibanez SR400. One of the pots in the preamp/EQ board went bad. I have been looking for a couple of weeks for an old preamp that I could buy that may have been replaced with a new/better one. I managed to remove the pot and repair it and put in back in the board, and it works. but I would still like to replace that pot.

I spent hours searching for a replacement pot with no luck at all. I find there are literally thousands of different pots , but I cannot find one like this one. 50k ohm with center detent circuit board mounted.

If any of you know of one that is broken/working but replaced, I would appreciate a shout out. The preamp in this 98 SR400 has 5 knobs. It has a volume a pickup blend and three EQ knobs on it. I don't have any numbers off of it, but I could look.

Thanks all...
Roger
