The track's player doesn't work

Hello, everyone! Sorry if this isn't the right channel, but I can no longer listen to the songs (I have to download them every time), because when I press play on the browser player (I've tried several, both in incognito mode and not), nothing happens, the progress bar doesn't move, and there is no sound, forcing me to download it every time and listen to it later. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards to all!

that's not good ... Seems to be working OK for me. Have you tried a different browser Fabricio?

Yes Ernie. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and on various different devices such as iPad, iPhone, and desktop Windows, desktop Mac. I thought it might be something with my home network, but it isn't, because it doesn't work on the network at the company where I work, and I asked other friends to test it and it doesn't work, whether logged in or not, only with downloads. And it's not just today, it's been like this for a while. Thanks for your attention, my Friend!

Hi Fabricio, this problem already occurred in August and was resolved, but from what you're saying, you're now experiencing the same issue.
Is this happening with all the tracks or just some?

So strange, wish I had an answer for you Fabricio. I just noticed that all the songs except the first one in my showcase won't play for me. Gonna have to see if Dick can figure it out.

You're right, Ernie. The tracks from the Showcase don't work for me either, except for the first one. The only way to listen to it is by opening the main page of each track.
