Account access error

Hi, I'm Xavi (ivax), and I'm using this old account to report this issue... For some strange reason, the ivax account has been blocked. I can't access it; it says the user doesn't exist, and the name, avatar, all personal information, and membership details have disappeared.
I appear as "ign1775505341," and it's impossible to access the account.

I'm sharing this on the forum in case anyone else has experienced something similar and to inform you.
