Help using timestamps

I love using timestamps for many reasons. For some reason I have trouble getting them to work. I find it creates a link sometimes, and other times it doesn't. I try making sure there are spaces in front of it so that it will work, but that doesn't seem to matter.

If I make a new line, and only put the timestamp, sometimes it still doesn't work.

Does anyone have any tips to use them more successfully? I like using multiple timestamps, and it seems only the first one works if at all.

as mentioned in the HELP SECTION there should be a space BEFORE and AFTER the timestamp ;)

I tested it. It doesn't work. I inserted spaces before and after every timestamp and only the first one works.
