Reply links on bottom of page

Hey Boss!!!
I noticed that the buttons on the bottom(which show small pictures) of the reply box show a phrase when you hover over it. This phrase however, is in German. Google translate doesn't pick up on it so I never have a way of knowing what they mean.(although the pictures themselves give a hint as to what it is)
I hope thats an easy fix and sorry to be annoying. Lol
