Audio file-types available on wikiloops

Any audio played back on wikiloops is streamed in .mp3 file format.

When uploading a track to wikiloops, the creative user supplies either an .mp3 or a .wav audio file of the track to publish,
and may optionally attach a second file which only includes the added instrument by itself (so-called "single track" or "HD attachment").
These single track attachments may be in high-quality .mp3, .wav or .aif audio format.

When downloading tracks from wikiloops, the available file-type(s) and size(s) are displayed in the download dialogue.
