timp Jef29730, I have worked with many musicians over the years who have difficulty with keeping time. Lord knows I am by no means great at it either. So, don't worry. Like most drummers, I adapt to the rhythms and speed of the musicians on a track. You were not that off and the track still sounds pretty good. I certainly count you as a friend and fellow musician. Can you play the track player?

Start and stop, right? That's easy... if you do not have to drop your instrument while doing it.
Get to know the keyboard shortcuts and control the player without ever dropping your plectrum again.
Makes practice and jamming a cinch.
