Trying some history for some lyrics on Peter's Concept without the demon sea monster :D Thanks Shumdrummer, Peter, and Vince for the fun
BuzzBomber
This is Great! 2:47 to end is particuarly good. This maiden-y style really suits your voice! +2
KMstar
KMstar thanks bro! I wish I had that range but I am having fun anyway +1
BuzzBomber
BuzzBomber "-y" haha ! seriously really great! just think raw hours of singing vs. guitar-like- objecting. Each project sounds better tha. /i also like that your tracks sound near effect-less, if you can pull it off, you should get improve and adjust quickly with nothing to hide behind. +1
BuzzBomber
BuzzBomber the mix is really good! i struggle with that... +2
SupJax
SupJax Aye. Will you tell some secrets here? :) I wonder if it's some kind of Realtek Eq like i use when watching movies. Hall/reverb/delay. Improves sound decently, but you have to track it to the jam, and it changes major sounds, that's why i don't use it. Post-production hall is way different. aye aye :o +1

KMstar I use some plug in for vocals I bought but it sounds strange to me with it set too wet so I tend to add too little of the effects instead lol. I will likely play around with this some more and a more effected version may happen. There is a few spots that the mic was too hot, so I want to try a few more things on those spots +1
SupJax
SupJax Vocals was only a little too low. If you mind :D Levels and sound was perfect though. +1
KMstar
KMstar The plugin I use is Nectar by Izotope, its got so many presets and adjustments that I could spend days playing around +1
SupJax
SupJax I lose myself in tweaks and overdo it. Wrecking the former good sets. :@ I take what's saved now. Safety ehh :@ +1
SupJax
yo. great sound. And! I'm quite excited lol. Beer? :D That's a lot room you left here man. :@ ah too short. again << Cheers :) +2
KMstar
KMstar Thanks brother! +0
BuzzBomber

soulsushi
:W:W:WGreat job!!! If they taught us history in school through songs like this, the lessons would surely stick in our minds forever...it would likely convey the angst felt by those engaged in war as well!!! :W:W:W +1
KMstar
KMstar thanks very much! +1
KMstar
KMstar I did an essay for an English class about how Iron Maiden introduced fine literature like Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner to my generation, got an A on that :D that was a long time ago +2
soulsushi
soulsushi That's so cool...it was a well-deserved A!!! Too much of old literature is not perceived as relevant to the modern age...but the themes are often recurring whether we know it or not :) +1
Lenny Cowler
perfect:) +1
KMstar
KMstar Thanks Lenny! +0
slin
