Im qestioning some of the choices I made on this take, I will revisit this later. It's cool, but Dan's very advanced, and I'm not meeting the bar on this one. Still a really cool jam though.

JoeOnBass Thank you Dan. I am considering the Tech 21 DP-3X dUg Pinnick Signature bass distortion pedal for a more "tube" tine. I think I can improve my recording tone over the current pedal set-up I use. +1

Can you play the track player?

Start and stop, right? That's easy... if you do not have to drop your instrument while doing it.
Get to know the keyboard shortcuts and control the player without ever dropping your plectrum again.
Makes practice and jamming a cinch.
