GlezBass Thanks so much Michael! The trigger midi is a cigar box like this https://wloops2.r.worldssl.net/galleries/6615/files/3e2eb300f1bcbabe1c9db68e66087060.png +1

SoulFingers It looks like a Danelectro that was shrinked, hehe :D Love it Mario! ;) +1

GlezBass Yesss ha ha ha!! It is a custom homemade cigar box that I have converted to be able to play double bass sounds, I have tuned it in EADG and therefore it has the same fingering as a conventional bass... I'll upload some photos when I finish it ;) ...but it works!! ! +1
SoulFingers
SoulFingers I love stuff like this! And it's good you can play it comfortable :W +1
GlezBass
GlezBass If I'll tell you... I had a double bass and I left it because my bad technique and the amplitude of the scale gave me discomfort in my hand, with this solution I can at least fool all wikiloops hahaha but...it works!!! +1
GlezBass
GlezBass I also have a forum post on how to convert a Telecaster (or any electric guitar) into an acoustic sounding guitar... I'll send it to you when I find it and its sound samples... +1
SoulFingers
SoulFingers Exactly the same with me, haha :D
I then turned back to a P bass with flatwounds and foam under the bridge... a good solution!

SoulFingers
SoulFingers That would be great since I'm already interested in how stuff like this works! +1
GlezBass
GlezBass yes the trick of the flatwounds with sound damper works, but the VST is totally the same as the sound of the double bass, but it is also a feasible solution

I'll upload a version of yours soon with Michelle singing!!
