The blues can make you feel sad or happy and usually expresses deep emotion. HM lays down the standard blues progression that for me is unique because his cool phrasing, dynamics and especially his “touch” that is so crisp and clean, speaks to the “Joys of Life” and makes me appreciate that all day. So tomorrow if I need a pick me up, I will listen to HM’s Blues. I added 0:10-0:53 and 1:03 -2:08.
