What a splendid piece of jazz/pop cross-over. Lovely, lovely track.
In the end, opted for a straightforward shuffle on the verses going into a full jazz-style chorus - classic jazz ride and four-on-the-floor kick drum.
I missed one of the phrases in the second verse but otherwise just got in with trying to back the track up with a gentle swing time.
