Undefined array key warning

While looking at this page: https://www.wikiloops.com/artist/Ernie440.php

I got an warning displayed inline (the page loads and I get to see everything I am interested in, but the warning randomly appears between the normal content):

Warning: Undefined array key 5 in /www/htdocs/v130977/www/htdocs/v130977/dev/a_mvc/common/prototypes/UserRanks.php on line 16

Works fine here. Try ctrl+f5 , see if it's back to normal.

Still happening (tried on multiple computers and operating systems).
Between the "Recording devices" and "User stats" sections.
